Magic Mountain Hotel - Gold Coast

The location of the hotel, perched on top of a hill, provided a commanding view of the seaside and Surfer's Paradise. The pools, including an infinity pool, were well-maintained and one was even warm enough to swim in during the winter evenings. the staff were very good too make our stay comfortable, from giving us a low-level apartment for easy access with our baby to assisting us in extending our stay. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and convenient location to theme parks made this a fantastic choice for my trip.

Cleaning the glass on tables and windows would be a good start. Then replacing and updating worn furniture in bedrooms and lounge

Convenient location just 20 minutes drive from the airport 🚗. We also had the chance to visit one of our favorite spots, Mount Lebanon Deli, which was not too far from the hotel.

Really liked the location and the facilities and design. The unit was fairly dated and small amounts of repair were required in the unit. Otherwise a very comfortable unit and tidy unit. Would definitely stay again.

Very dissapointed, I could have stayed at much more appealing accommadation for much less than the $400.00 per night I payed, only to find cigarette butts all over the outdoor area and pubic hair all over the toilet floor etc. Very poor standard, we will not be back and will not refer friends/colleagues etc. Good Bye.......

Great facilities. Comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Helpful staff. Beautiful ocean views. Clean and tidy. Pleasant surroundings. Good location.

No negatives.

We stayed with you in 2010 and enjoyed our stay. The room this time, however was wonderful! Very clean and modern and the views were amazing. We felt very blessed! We have 4 children aged 17, 16, 7 and 3 and our 7 year old is autistic so we have quite a range to cover.

Your staff are very lovely people, no problem was a problem to them and they should all be give pay rises, and the views just beautiful and i would love to stay again but my arthritis i don't think would permit me to but i have no hesitation recommending the resort to all my friends.

The steps i did request a bottom floor apartment, but got top floor and the stairs were a killer to a grandmother with arthritis, and also i could smell something in main bathroom and did adventurely find problems which was used pads in bag in cupboard of bathroom and no window was clean and floors were stained, all the glass table etc were not cleaned, and when i went to use crockery it had not been washed up properly and then i pulled out frypan and that had dried food still on it. so I think being a retired commercial cleaner that the cleaners should just take a little more respect when cleaning I do apologise for this but just a suggestion from a experience cleaner

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful local tips and assisting us with printing tickets. The facilities were well maintained, especially the heated pool and gymnasium, which we made good use of. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options nearby.

The carpet had stains all over, and the ocean view we paid extra for was only visible outside. The air conditioning was inadequate, especially in the upstairs area, making it uncomfortably hot.

We have the best ocean view in our apartment.The pools & spa are great which our children enjoyed so much!!!

The staff were super friendly and always willing to help out with tips and recommendations. the facilities were amazing, with a great gym and heated pool that we made use of every day. the location was perfect, just a short walk to some great restaurants and a bus stop to take us to all the sights.

The stairs to our room were a bit tough to climb, especially after a long day out and about. the air conditioning didn't quite reach the upstairs bedrooms, but thankfully the ceiling fans helped to keep us cool.
